Somehow I just got the Star Wars music stuck in my head! I think it's because I was just on the phone with Hannah who is one crazy Star Wars fan!

I went to see Legend of Zorro tonight with Dean... it was such a goooood movie!!! On a scale of 1-10 (1 being Surviving Christmas and 10 being Ladder 49) I'd give it a 7.5 or 8. Prolly 8 cuz Antonio Banderas is soooo hot! Also, the kid was really cute!

I have a psychology current topic due in 7 hours and 15 minutes.

My stitches are still in but it's healing nicely! Thanks for all the comments! It's really nice to know that people care!

Today was the last day of marching band practice! Ever! I can't believe I've gone to marching band practice since my freshman year, and that I will never again go to marching practice. It's kind of bittersweet... There's so many memories, but I've been so burnt out. Next week starts winterguard tryouts... what a break!

Tomorrow and the next day are BOA. We get to leave school early to perform at the GA Dome! How exciting! I haven't performed there since my sophomore year!

And for the sentimental band kids:
The Top 10 Things I've Learned About Marching Band

1. Mr. Loehr will ALWAYS say, "Thank you for coming out tonight" whenever the band performs and parents show up.

2. The guard room floor will get vacuumed 2-4 times a season.

3. If a drummer asks for electrical tape, you'll get a roll of about half the amount you started with back.

4. Whenever Mr. Loehr says, "And what happens on counts 5-6-7-8?", just yell CRESCENDO or HORNS TO THE BOX loudly. People will be impressed by your knowledge of band terms.

5. Never toss within 2 feet of the front side line on a windy day if you are behind the pit in drill.

6. When crossing the street, Mr. Loehr will look as though he wants to direct traffic.

7. Never hit a glass window with a rifle... the window will shatter and the accomplice to your crime will be on the floor hyperventilating.

8. If you aren't sure if practice is until 6pm or 7pm, chances are it's 7pm.

9. Never try to do flag work on the 45 between 2 trombone slides.

10. Rifles, drums, or trumpets should never all be put on the same side of the field in drill. (My sincerest apologies to Andy Chung... I'm sorry I dented your trumpet last year with my rifle!)

Ok, enough reminiscing... time for homework. ~*~Christina~*~

Re: PUAHAHAHAHHAHAHA

I think Stover was at practice doing a flat toss... but I could be wrong. Could be a guard sister curse.... ~*~Christina~*~
